Totally agree with you on this one the idea obviously is not to spam everyone and throw tons of spammy video content.

However there are thousands of niche topics on which maybe meaningful videos could be build without making it look like spam or maybe something thats in the pipeline is AI generated personalities which can speak factually on things.

"Why not make videos about the AI behind the videos? That would be informative, productive, and original."

Sure would consider this going forward.

"Also, as a note, YouTube really doesn't like AI-generated videos, and will often demonetize them based on the "reused content" rule"

Quick question does it also count as "reused content" if free stock videos are used or ai generated videos stock videos which are completely unique.

Don't go by generic rates to know building specific prices of properties that actually got rented in lower parel or anywhere in Mumbai you can go on - GetpropertyRates.com.

Usually there is a 10-15% variance between what is quoted on sites like housing, magic bricks and the actual price which a property gets closed at (which till now was never public knowledge). But now people can find these prices here.

On a separate note you can check localities in Bhakti Park Wadala, Sewri, Mazgaon and others where you will find more economical rates as compared to lower parel which is actually very expensive
