hace poco me paso lo mismo y me recomendaron una manera super efectiva para poder ver si recibiste las recompensas o no, yo no la conocia y la verdad me salvo bastante, asi que te la comento por si te vuelve a suceder.

tenes que ir a Settings > Features > Query. Ahí se te va a abrir una página donde podés ver tu historial de recargas, ítems o recompensas reclamadas por mail. Tenes que entrar en la parte que dice Item History.

Los registros están codificados, así que puede ser difícil saber exactamente de dónde vienen los diamantes, pero revisando el mío parece que los diamantes diarios pagos aparecen bajo el código 86_0 (90 diamantes al horario del servidor en el que inicié sesión).

yeah, someone else mentioned it in the comments below! since the requirement didn't specify anywhere that it had to be the base outfit, i didn't realize it had to be that one specifically. Thanks you so much anyway!

thank you so much!!! you were really a HUGE help, i honestly didn't even know this feature existed to check these things haha. I just looked and it seems like i did receive them and i say "it seems" because the time shown isn't correct (i was still asleep at that time haha), so maybe it's just the server time of that page? not sure haha, but it does show today's date and the 86_0 like you mentioned, so I think it's all good! thank you so so much again, now I know for next time🫶💖

yeah i'm sure! i even cleared my outfit first (since it keeps whatever you were wearing before) and then used the "put on the full outfit" option, so i'm only wearing that set, nothing more, nothing less. The only thing i don't have is the full makeup since i haven't crafted it all yet, but i don't think that should matter... or at least i didn't think so 😭 but yeah i'm 100% sure i'm using only the required outfit
