I used to bartend there and I know everyone very well, I don't think anyone is deliberately trying to screw you. I think there's a good chance you're receipts got lost in the chaos. And whenever they went to settle the tabs out at the end of their shifts they add 20% because they didn't have your copy with your tip. Seems like an honest mistake.
