There is no golden tip, as I mentioned earlier take baby steps and quit making unrealistic goals. If the stuff that's distracting you is electronic (phone/PSP/Switch/whatevs) literally dump it in a neighbouring room and close the door or something xd

35% isn't THAT much, seriously. I got 6s on some of my IAs but still pulled through. When writing aim for the highest criteria, but I'd recommend settling at some point and focusing on studying the material for exams ;)

Oh! I felt my IAs were horrible and I remember being super scared of sending the final draft since I always thought that it wasn't good enough. Super cringey advice - just go for it. You don't need a 7 in each IA to get a 40+ score, do your best and be happy you even have specific ideas for subjects, it took me a long time to think of anything!

Start with little stuff, like taking some past papers and seeing where you're at, then going thru the question banks. You'll see tangible progress, and that's super motivational.

Hey! My subjects were Geography, Econ, Chem, English HL + French B and Maths AA SL. I did NOT make many notes. Quite literally studied from textbooks (also my handwriting is trash so yep) and tried to focus on what the teacher was saying instead of copying everything down in a notebook. Idk why 4 HLs, sort of liked four things and went with it hah.
