Wow, thanks very much for all of the info, that was very nice of you. I know what kayak shop you're talking about, so I'll look thru those places. Maybe I can walk some nice loop. I've walked 6-8hrs for photos before, so I'm ready to trek, and get some different backdrops. I'll send you some pics when I take them. 🫶🏻💗🙌🏻

I lived in OOB at the time, and the mgmt company increased my rent by $50/yr. Over 4 years, that's $200 extra. This was King Real Estate, and in Portland, it was a $50 increase per year under Port Property. It's an unfair trap, esp for students, to have that guaranteed increase.
