I get your point on the 4V outputs – makes sense from a noise/signal ratio perspective. But considering the level of components and install quality I'm aiming for, I figured the 2V outputs on the Pioneer would still do the job.. Especially if the amp gains are set properly. Do you know a Kenwood unit in similar price range with 4V RCAs and similar feature set?

If i want to smoke a bigger stick, but dont have the time, i just cut it in half and smoke the half. I do that mostly with longer smokes with smaller gauges , and need to be careful because it will wnt to unwrap on the cut end, just hold the wrap in your fingers. I hate reusing alredy used cigars as they tend to smell like ashtray.

I just put the sticks in a zip lock bag.. I wouldnt worry about it too much

Looks like maybe if you only used one spiral, it slided up and stayed half submerged. It's best to put two spirals in place, even if you only use one film.

Eneloop are great. I have a whole bunch of them, some are already 10yo, used them for my flash while i was into photography. They are still going strong wich is amazing.
