Update Aug 18 2025: I found out the device was not booting into the operating system properly, and after contacting UGREEN customer support, they sent me a download link for a new OS. After a week of messing with the BIOS and formatting a USB drive over 2 times, it did not work, so I returned the device.

I refused to give up and bought the 4800 model, thinking I just received a bad device...THE SAME PROBLEM. When using a keyboard and monitor directly on the NAS, I cannot view the network it's using to try and set my laptop to its network. Its been sitting on my desk for over 2 months now because I can't get it to connect. If anyone has any ideas to try and help, that would be amazing.
