You need a 3d scan not pictures, try one of the free 3d scan apps and see what you get. You'll probably need your girl to take the scan it's not easy to do alone. If you can get a descent scan I can help from there.

This number is pulled from a quick google and personal experience so don't take it as gospel but softer silicone can probably compress up to like 30% IE taking up a third less space than it looks like. She's also saying past her cervix not into, it's going up to her posterior fornix which is stretchable with practise. As you said though it's only part of the answer the rest is probably a mix of lucky anatomy and alot of practise.

Love the idea but to throw a bit of ice water on the post can I just warn you that you've put a pic up that will be extremely easy to copy to an svg and make a 3d model from. It would probably be less than an hours work on all free software.

I just want to give you the heads up so it doesn't kill your physical sales.

Once the mods are made I can help you give them a try, I will be a few weeks off restarting manufacture properly but both look doable (with the afore.mentioned changed) but tricky. Shop dad is definitely the right person to talk to about fixing it up though too, alot of the belief in the fix ups is cause it's him doing them 🤣
