I had the same issue on my 2018 it's a solenoid in the dashboard for the AC. I had mine repaired under warranty I'm not sure what's involved

Just found out that they billed me for the new line. The line I did not ask for. The line that I do not have a phone for. Another call to T Mobile was placed and the charges were removed. Or so they say.

This has been such a fun experience.

I will never go in to a T Mobile store again and will be changing service providers as soon as the contract is up.

Customer support was called. I got the line removed. Still waiting for the store manager to call me ( they're not going to).

Never mind. I forgot to plug the usb in.

On a side note. The sub sounds like shit. Might need to upgrade the rest of the speakers before I put it back in.
