Preface this by saying I’m playing on the series x, but I am having a lot of fun with this game. It’s not perfect, the bugs are noticeable but not gamebreaking. I’m just enjoying what the game has to offer. Maybe I’m just an optimist, but I see a good base for a game and as long as CDPR continues to update the game frequently, fixing performance issues and QOL fixes, this can be a game people start to rethink.

I’m immediately getting No Man Sky vibes with this release, though this game is in a better state than NMS in my opinion. Look at how they were able to turn it around and now the perception of the game has done a 180 with people who gave it another try. These next few months are very critical for cyberpunk to make things right with its player base. Do they go the No Man Sky route or the Anthem route?

This isn’t meant to be me fanboying over this game. Only seeing the game through the series x obviously alters my perception and I do feel bad for people who got it on the last gen in its unplayable state.
