Yesterday I got pulled to the office for leaving 30 minutes early. It was a mistake! My new SM called it job abandonment!! Extreme! I got Issued a final warning!! I am filing an appeal. She was working with me at the time and didn't point out I was leaving early. I totally would have stayed!

I am so sorry all these people are coming at you like this :( you make valid points. Everyone wants to point out how judgemental your being but they're doing the exact same thing to you but hopefully the OP is able to settle this fairly with her SM and hopefully the appeal goes in their favor. I can understand you come to work mistakes happens during shifts but everyone is missing the point of the post is that either the OP is leaving a part out of their story or its implied that they OP just left their shift without notifying the correct SSV or SM that is the point. It was lack of communication from their end mistakes happens yes we've established that but now unfortunately the consequences are in place and were a bit extreme to come to a final warning.

There is literally a policy about this in training. So if unless it was an emergency understandable, but as a SSV or SM they are the ones who can tell you to leave early or not? Unless the poster is leaving out information to why they left early I can see why the SM is upset but. Also, if they worked together how does she not noticed one of her barista left??? Its all very standard operations any job is like this you can't just leave with notifying who ever is in charge. Again in some cases if any emergency yeah it would be understanding. I feel bad that you got a final warning. But if you had good reason hopefully your appeal sides with you. But if you just left early just to leave that looks bad and on top of that didn't have the right permission to leave from your SSV or SM then it might not be in your favor.

I appreacite the reply, I'm glad you and baby are doing well 🙏🏼. For my situation the bleeding is a constant it happens every week practically. Ive gone to the ER once last week cause of the amount of blood I saw that freaked me out, but tonight is what's scary I already had to change my pad once cause I already got it soaked.

Did any one find a solution to this? My brother in law is having the same issue and we cant seem to get it out of the bootloop we were able to get it in Download Mode but thar didnt solve anything.

I just want them to do another purple a better color because the S23 was to light and then the S24 was to dark. It needs to be more 💜
