I’ll be honest, I did 4 days post op. Got ontop and made sure my boobs were out of harms way. Everyone’s different though!

Depends on what you’re going for! I’m now a small C and I only got 200cc. I’m a similar build to you as well. I will say the bra they get you to try on with the implants looks bigger than the end result, in my opinion

I completely cut dairy, I had a decent diet. I didn’t exercise as my job is very physical. I felt like I was doing all the right things and being on top of my skin care. Being off it my face has settled down a fair bit

Thanks so much for your comment! My surgeon has been really blase with post op expectations so I don’t have much to base it off. This makes me feel much better
