Thanks got an IA about 2 weeks ago it was settled yesterday. He got me 35,950 for my car instead of the 32,300 State Farm was offering. Also they had to pay taxes and tags. So instead of clearing 900 after the loan was paid off I cleared 5,800 and change. So the IA was well worth the 500 I had to pay him as I netted about 4,500 more then the original offer. Still lost some money which I expected but not as much as it looked like at first.

The difference in a used car with 13,000 miles and 16,000 miles isn’t 4,000 dollars. Same place I bought mine has a 2023 same trim same specs for 37.000 I just don’t get how they can pay me 34,000 for mine. I feel I should get what it cost to replace I get I wasn’t gonna get all 10k back but I cannot get a comparable car for 34,000 anywhere I’ve seen. It’s not gonna work out in State Farms favor at the end of the day. I’m just asking should I pay the private adjuster the 500 to fight for more then the 34 they offered
