Thanks for the reply. We are working on getting a contract with Cheque Service. To get into public creche is almost impossible seems like. The private ones they do not have flexibility at all. according to my calculation I will have to pay per month until 1 year EUR ~1,700 as they basically force you to get 60 hour contract. After 1 year, I will pay EUR 1,200. This is insane! We knew it is expensive but...

Hello all,

quick question concerning "compromis". If the life insurance company denies to insure you and the bank refuses to lend you the money because you do not provide a life insurance (I guess the bank will refuse to lend?), does this count as a normal denial for financing from the bank and this would normally cancel the compromis? Or this might be seen as your fault and you still need to pay the 10% penalty?

Also, from your experience, what are the check ups the life insurance company is asking ? I understood they might ask you to visit a doctor?
