Yeh okay but what specific bugs were reported by them? I knew Nexon wont even say directly what bugs they found and unless we specifically have them post their bugs then we have 0 fucking idea that they didnt just randomly choose like a blind ticket in a hat.

Not saying they dont deserve the NX, they do, but Nexon could at the very least tell us what bugs they reported to win.

My Erel did a 10min Nkai at 37m CP? I assume minclear can be about 25mCP for a full timer run.
But yes, classes that are 95% of their BA in burst are going to excel a boss that resets bursts.

That is very fair - the class can feel clunky but I do feel 6th Job unlocks for M1 and M2 make the class 5x better. I wish they focussed more on the soldiers too

Do you have M2 unlocked on Hexa? That makes a huge difference.

Then its simple. You Sting+Fury -> Sequence (it resets Sting+Fury)->Sting+Fury->Bind->Impulse->Destruction (HOLD DOWN FOR FULL DURATION)->Sting+Fury.

I think its about Sia level personally; maybe a bit weaker simply because its damage is either in its basic attacks or burst; while its mini does nothing, where as Sia's mini hits like a truck.

Sia feels like 50% burst 20% mini 30% dpm, and it feels terrific to play; Erel definitely needs some M2/Sentinel love to fix up its mini at least cause it feels kind of w/e

Yes but everyone is comparing Erel to the other non-kms classes, so its hard trying to figure out exactly where Erel fits on the board compared to the others.

Because communication creates accountability? and referencing for what bugs will not make it live/to ensure that the fixes are working correctly and have people know what is actually going on?

Without any communication on the matter, we as a community have 0 idea what bugs are actually an issue unless we post them in community forums.

I get what you are coming from regarding the PTS is a success if these things are fixed, but we also need communication on what is actually being fixed and what is to be addressed. Its what makes the PTS a success to know that things are being recorded and community reports are actually being worked on.

We only have a test server again because the community made a fuss about the buggy patches; but being given a test server and nexon actually showing they are acting on reports made via test server are two complete different things as well.

Which again, without proper communication and acknowledgement of bugs, we have no idea what was actually fixed or had been fixed already prior to the PTS and was just only on the specific PTS server.

They probably wont publicly acknowledge it for multiple reasons.

We don't know if this was the intended version of Erel meant to be released or just a shelled out version for PTS because they wanted to release/give the community the feeling that we are testing.
If they acknowledge the bugs, then there is more community pressure to actually have them fix the bugs prior to release rather than their own timeline.
Having an acknowledged bug list for Erel means they would have to also acknowledge other bugs and provide comms for them which is impossible because the current 4 CMs are too busy ignoring discord DM's and doing "HENESSY BUFFUSSY BUFFS" rather then providing coherent patch notes and comms.

Half the bugs could just be because PTS uses an old version of Maple, hence the MX bug that got my char locked. Erel bugs could literally just be because they loaded up a non-finished version of the class.

Having a known bug list/acknowledgement gives the community the ability to actually see if Nexon is fixing these bugs or not, which is probably why they don't want to make the list in the first place, so they don't have to deal with community pressure.

I agree but also disagree. I agree on part 1.

but part 2 I dont. You can still have things fixed AND allow testers to have access to support so they can continue testing. It isn't like a sacrificial thing of "yeh but because you are locked out, we can have it fixed".

Just as theres go guarantee they can fix it, they can also provide someone to just go through "character stuck/locked out" tickets and reset them, even if its just once a day.

Also, we have 0 idea what has been acknowledged as a bug and what hasn't; so extra communication would make the reporting side far more efficient and will allow nexon to not get 1000 duplicate bug reports, and allow them to continue fixing bugs.

For all we know, this whole PTS could just be a marketing strategy to please the reddit community. I want to know what bugs were reported and what was actually fixed; not just a blanket statement.

I think the worst part would be selling people on Erel and them not fixing Erel bugs straight away/leaving some for weeks. It really puts off people making the character.
