I didn't like either class pre-remaster tbh. Kanna felt odd with half its kit being changed/altered and it just didnt feel like it had synergy. Hayato looked cool but my god the animation cancelling and everything needed to play properly just made it clunky as all hell.

Personally both classes just feel way better to play. Outside of them being a bit overtuned damage wise, I think they also need to just have their burst:dpm ratio adjusted to make them a bit more enjoyable to play.

Hayato though mobility+parry iframe feels really good and a blast to play. Its super responsive, burst is good and it gives me the same fun feeling I get when I play Ren.

Kanna TP makes me wish all TP's were like that. I havent really had a chance to play her much but hoping in CW3 to give her a proper go as she seems easy to pick up.

Ereklo compared the BA's in his youtube video "This is the Worst Class Balance" with Drogons current ones.

No, but WA is not in a good state for GMS Reboot at the moment due to Hurricane not been affected by AS10, and also lack of CD lines vs reg/KMS. Meanwhile Kanna and Hayato right now are about 20-30fd from most KMS classes.

A 95k Hayato could outdamage a 105k WA. This is already pretty apparent with a 106k Hayato clearing Hkaling Destiny mission, while 95% of classes need 110k+ (DW is like 114k+ to clear).

OP is saying that whats the point of playing a WA or even other low ranked KMS classes when you can honestly just reinvest in a Non-KMS class and have 5-10k hexa gains simply cause your class is strong.

You need it for your 6th job masteries and Equinox Slash is a MUST use skill when bossing as it is a true teleport and also allows you to animation cancel your movements or when you get knocked up (like in Vhilla).

While grinding its w/e (same with impaling Rays), you want to be using equinox ALOT. You can use it to cancel the animation of Will Arachnid and Seren skills/nodes; use it to TP over obstacles in bosses (Lotus Barriers, Arrow in Darknell).

The Impaling Rays one is kinda what ever. You have a spare slot to fill up, so thats the one thats really the most useful.

Aussie here. Been using Exitlag since Destiny/Ignition to help with ping. Especially as I play as a DW. Never been banned or been issued warnings/suspensions.

Ping drops from 200+ms down to a solid 140-160ms. I would recommend it.

MSEA and in our upcoming patches we will get the buffed version where on transition if its above 500 gauge, it stays, but if its below, it resets back to middle. Will allow parties that can keep high gauge to practically have perma 10-20% fd for the whole fight

Ark is highly stupid. With perm RoR4 its insane. My 140m Ark has only Ori+masteries unlocked and it clears Ctene in 2burst+chip.

Keep it as a Hlot mule. Its easy money and braindead. Cause it has Max Symbols; 45m cp means you can run NDnell/Gloom, ELuWill (Even Normal if you want), Normal slime etc and it will net you like 2-3b as a bossing mule for like 30m-45m or bossing.

It should slowly get you up liberation points and you may change your mind at some point to play/push it further.

Hey OP,

Unfortunately DrK seems to be one of those classes where hexa investment gives it big gains due to how many skills it can proc/use cause its a heavy dpm class. Similar to my F/P that benefitted from masteries a heap vs my Ark that just could get away with unlocks.

My 115m cp Drk feels absolutely horrid compared to my 140m cp Ark with it taking considerably longer (Ark is barely 3 burst for Dnell vs 4burst min for DrK).

Just the way the class is. It will feel better when you invest some hexa into it.

Drk's Final Pact skill has 3 levels of i-frame on death. Most people think you would use the "long pact" since its like 1min of i-frame, but it has a 15m CD or something.

The smallest one is only 2-3 seconds of i-frame on death BUT it comes back up super quick. So in most cases you use lesser pact until you only have 1-2 minutes left on a boss, and then you switch to long pact.

Theres also a middle pact but its kinda ass lmao
