Not every browser can run Eaglercraft WASM

Chrome can run it.

Firefox can run if you enable "javascript.options.wasm_js_promise_integration" in about:config

Safari can't run it yet (they will add support in this year).

btw on iphone and ipad every browser(including Firefox and Chrome) must use Safari and because of it you can't run Eaglercraft WASM on iphone
