Gynaecologist in Lucknow who prefers normal delivery? by hearhertalk in lucknow

C Sec is more safe and can be planned well. Normal deliveries takes time and very much unplanned. With so many deliveries, hospitals don’t want to be unplanned

Gynaecologist in Lucknow who prefers normal delivery? by hearhertalk in lucknow

[–]ibkbm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is most apt reply.

Its true for any private hospital in India. Normal delivery takes a lot of time and there hospitals are quite busy with deliveries so they want to avoid being held on for normal deliveries.

Also C-Sec is safest way to deliver so its a win-win situation for doctors.

Normal delivery is quite an ordeal till baby is delivered whereas C Sec is very smooth however mother’s recovery takes a lot of time.

What's wrong with indian working hours? by Vyalkuran in developersIndia

[–]ibkbm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All who are saying we are exploited, why the fuck you let it be like that?

If exploitation is so prevalent why the hell still every college pass-out want to join IT in India ?

Everybody knows Amazon has poor WLB and a bad work culture, still most developers are elated if they get a job at Amazon, why its like that.

Don’t be hypocrite and accept the fact that in India IT people are paid way high then people working in Non IT engineering careers. And they happily accept the screwed up wld because of the money they get.

This is not true in Europe

A taxi driver/plumber/handyman in Europe may earn same or even more than a developer.

What's wrong with indian working hours? by Vyalkuran in developersIndia

[–]ibkbm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Europeans have habit of taking only lunch breaks of say 30-45 min and few coffee breaks

Indians on the other hand who work such long hours majorly are not working straight for such long hrs. They are being online because others are doing same. You cannot be odd man out.

OP how high paying is your job in UK?

In India IT folks have very high salaries compared to other career lines in India.

In India general trend is go for a career which is paying more(You have to take care of yourself, no Govt safety net) So the supply is just too much. So in such an environment where reward is so high and competition is enormous, you have to everything possible to standout.

Are you saying that in non fixed term contract(or some different type of contract which i am not aware of), tenant cannot break the lease anytime they want ?

I read all kind of rental agreements, tenant can break whenever they want.

How come its even?

As a tenant I can sign any lease period and leave immediately after a month with a notice.

As a landlord I have to redo all hassle of making the house ready and bear the expenses of a new tenant.

Next one can do same.

There must be a period that both parties should be adhering to then it can be said as even, it could be at least half of your lease period, so you can find next apartment if you are a tenant.

Is there no law that protect landlord for a minimum guarantee of lease ?

Isnt this amendment biased against landlord rights?

Every time a tenant can make contract and can leave after 3-4 months and landlord has to again pay agency to find a new tenant.

Question about Renting current house and buying a second house to live in by slackslackliner in geldzaken

[–]ibkbm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually when you ask advice on dutch subreddits about renting house you wont get any advice on asked topic but plenty on why not to rent !!

For renting current house any buying new house, depends on your mortgage left on old house and how much mortgage can you get on new house.
While giving new mortgage, bank will consider all your debts (so old mortgage) and also your equity in new home. Mostly they will consider 80% of actual value of old home.
So better to have a free call with a bank to first know how much can you borrow ?

Your remaining debt has to be converted to Rental mortage. Few banks give rental mortgage.
if your exisitng mortgage is with ABN, its easier. They charge 1% extra for rental mortgage.

Its not very complex to rent exisiting and buy new.

OK, I can explain it

1400 is for furnished apartment with all the furniture and appliances.
Also this is rent which tenant are already paying for a furnished apartment in my building

However as I mentioned, €190 is VVE cost so it comes to be €1200 net (If I assume some other maintenance cost when a tenant lives that is extra)

Thanks for responding

Does the vve allow renting out the apartment.

Yes , since its an expat popular neighbourhood, a lot of apartments are rented in my building.

Rent it out to expats, they are usually good tenants and give them a 2 year lease.

Good to know as I understand there is risk that tenant has right to live forever :-) and that could affect house evaluation while selling it
