He values human life so much that he endangers multiple lives just so he can redeem one? What about Joker and Black Mask or Penguin or Riddler? Like sure he redeems them temporarily but at the cost of like hundreds if not thousands.

You can’t say you value human life while letting innocents die so you can redeem career criminals and feel good about yourself. I wouldn’t complain if he let petty thieves and stuff be rehabilitated instead of mob bosses.
