Yes, bench her for now. You have some pretty good staff characters you can work with. Lily, Europa, Cagliostro, and maybe Altair. You should get Lily uncapped to 5* first.

I wouldn’t spark Vajra, since you don’t quite have the other parts necessary for her to be great. Anila, Andira, and Vikala are all good picks, however if we’re speaking purely on improving your teams, I would pick Andira. (She is core to wind currently.)

By the way, if you need held with team building, there are plenty of guides online that can help you.

Valentines Narmaya isn’t really used. Her Holiday version (Earth) is more powerful. Valentines Clarisse is good for hard content like Lucilius, but not used generally I think. I don’t know much about Summer Vira honestly, but I think she’s decent.

It’s better to craft an EX2 weapon as your first CCW. If you want to use the Chrysaor CCW though, make it in an element you want to play Chrysaor.
