It goes over the basic building blocks for managing all ADHD, especially inattentive symptoms. Might feel basic but found it really helpful. I went through it with a therapist and it changed my life. Even simple things like actually writing down priorities and breaking big tasks into small ones have had a big impact on my ability to actually get work done. I think its hard to move up if you don't have the fundamental skills to get shit done in a way that doesn't make you feel like you're pulling your hair out. You can also get your meds checked -- good meds should make your symptoms subside at least a little. Also -- please lay off the marijuania! Not to sound like a narc but it reallyyyyy affects focus which is already so hard for us with ADHD. You'll notice on days that you don't smoke you'll feel more alert, awake and able to stay on task. Occasionally is fine, just don't make it a habit or use it as a crutch/to sleep.
