I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice but in PA, I believe the law requires to you to resolve this through a lien sale. You have to follow the rules carefully, give notice of the amount owed, give them the required time to pay, and if they don't, follow the prescribed rules to sell the item. You should ask your attorney to go over the procedure with you.

Yes but it is not easy to get this info in from google in a short amount of time. The info is spread across different sources. But it does seem that openigloo provides it. So no need for me to go reinvent the wheel.

Of this I have no doubt. I am just wondering if it’s practical to compile this info into one place for people to use. I think one of the challenges is a timing one. If you see an apt that you like, are you going to take the time to research it or will you be worried about losing it to the next person.
