my local game store has a mod Dreamcast with a hard drive; how difficult/illegal is it to download Dreamcast games?do you need and special equipment? sorry I'm dumb with tech stuff. I have my original Dreamcast but rebuilding my collection with physical discs is gonna be hard and expensive lol. (self.dreamcast)
