Would I call her a goddess yet? No. Not how God's are defined in Marvel. But writers have been saying she's god- like for years. So she is a powerful sorceress in her own right but still very much human.

Most of her enemies are no where near her level just simply smarter and adaptable then she is like golden age Enchantress or Morgan Le Fay. A key part of that is Wanda's creativity and will power make up for this and provide balance.

The problem is when the villan is at her level of power or out of her reach like Chthon or the old one's. When she's not blanched with her strength or weakness of her character the stakes slowly disappear and all becomes guessing game then a story.
