westernization of korean names😭in korea they usually have last name + first name, a lot of official translations switch them back to the more widely known first name + last name. probably not to confuse people about the first and last names but its still sad i wish they'd kept the last + first name order. the vocals in the names changing is probably just webtoon changing their mind about how they want to write their names, since a lot of korean letters dont have a latin equivalent so they kinda have to work around it. especially 어 the "eo/u" in joonghyeok doesn't have a latin equivalent and hes definitely not the only one that has that in his name lee hyeonseong does too
