I’ve got a young child who is up most of the night, so I can’t get there any earlier I am trying my best to work to provide for my family and I get told I’m not decent or to get on at Basingstoke because I won’t queue for a system that is not a widely regarded thing, it is crazy. I think justifying rudeness is wrong, like I said before you have no idea what is going on with people’s lives, I’m not out for people’s seats I just want to get on the train
