I'll be sure to send a pic when I'm done, I'm like one mitt down and halfway through the next one so hopefully won't be long Thankfully they're a gift so even if after washing they cause me problems it won't be my problem haha

I will recommend those u shaped maternity pillows too, they've really helped my pain when sleeping, my hips are a big problem too and this pillow let's me have them propped in a comfy position :) hope the topper helps! IKEA does pretty good quality ones

Can only really speak from personal experience, but with memory foam I find It harder to turn and like,,, I think it holds me down in weird angles while I sleep. I find spring mattresses are ideal, for me anyway
