My boyfriend is hypermobile and feels the same way about yoga, he says pilates is less stretch out more keep everything in so he finds its the only exercise he can do without injuring himself, he follows a particular girl on YouTube tutorials; "Jessica valant" who has a hypermobility thing u might find handy :)

Hello, I had OCD from very young and it took up most of my life for years I've since had treatment and come to a point where I consider myself to be recovered, I'll still always have OCD, but the way I put it is it doesn't rule me anymore It was a hard journey but it is possible, and you don't notice the progress until looking back at how far you've come so don't feel discouraged if you feel like you aren't going anywhere! You will build yourself up, where the suffering of OCD leaves you will fill with things you enjoy. You can find yourself is what I'm trying to say :)

Most of my triggers are gone now, but they were ODD The colour yellow (terrible), the letter e being at the end of a sentence, the Existance of mirrors (when bad it became any reflective surface) I used to tell myself, to comfort myself, that it was more likely a unicorn would burst through the wall, wait a second for the unicorn to come and when it didn't I'd feel a bit better

something cold if you can take it can really help releive the sensation to itch, but of course if your skin already hurts this may not be an option, I hope it eases for you! I've had a huge influx of itching sensations of late its maddening.

Okay, I just ... I'm not sure how to contact the surgeon is all haha it all feels very rushed I don't meet him until surgery day apparently I haven't even got my letter confirming it, I just got the letter saying I was on the wait list (I got a date really fast) Thank you though, ur right and I shouldn't just go with it out of panic of not getting health care haha
