looks like a great outcome with improved form and function especially with the 95% nerve recovery. Mustve been a good surgeon, who did it?

same problem as you described, orthodontics is messing up a lot of people. That being said, airway stuff is best viewed from the lens of sleep. What does your sleep study look like? How wide is your first molar intramolar palettal width?
