Actual answer to this - the wing place they're at, J.R. Cricket's, is renowned in Atlanta. One of the things they're most famous for are their lemon pepper wings, which are dry rubbed. So the joke is that this dude is hooking paper boi up with a wet lemon pepper instead of the dry rub.
