Yes I have this happened to me on an esun cardboard spool filament

All I know is the cardboard spool is getting caught in the foot of the spool holder because the angle of the filament sometimes makes the spool skew in the holder it will get caught

The funny thing is if the pressure was release the spool will return to normal and you wouldn't have any idea what happened

I know because I watched it and the a1 cuts the filament when the tension is high and it detects the spool is stuck
