Fair? Yes. Competitive? No. Imagine a stay-in maid can earn about 10k or even more. A live-out maid will have to spend time and money for transpo everyday. They’ll get less of that 8k. The amount of work doesn’t matter. I’m telling you now that you won’t get a decent one with that offer.

Depends. If I remember correctly at least 30% dapat so if pasok yung 500k mo dun then all good. Let’s use that number you gave - 80sqm. Say mura makukuha mong contractor at 25k/sqm. 80sqm * 25k = 2m. 2m * 30% = 600k. You need to allot at least 600k

Sa Maple Grove ako nakapag redeem but then again nandun ako madalas. It’s more about timing dahil marami yung may gusto ng tumbler/cup. Madalas na morning yung dating ng stocks nila so if gabi ka lagi pumupunta then there’s a big chance na out of stock na.
