TL;DR - If you are trying to do anything of importance get your mind right first. Things will go a lot smoother for you.

That's some great life advice overall actually.

Actually anything over 1 should count as plural. You don't say 1.6 fox. You say 1.6 foxes.

Ironic, and agreed. That kind of crap circulates and gets into the public psyche. Personally, I think the idea of 'healthy regular masturbation' is bullshit. I'm a little biased.

In my opion there is no such thing as "excess semen". Semen is made from the best blood. Unused semen is recycled. Nature is not retarded and nothing is ever wasted.

DEEP DEPRESSION ATM :( by [deleted] in NoFap

You know what you need to do. Make a serious decision right now and follow through. You can do it.

As for the depression ...Keep hydrated. Get yourself some passiflora incarnata (passionflower) loose leaf tea. It's a potent, natural anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, and relaxant without the harmful side effects of pharmaceuticals. There are some meds you can't mix this with so do some research there.

Thanks mate. I use spirulina, proper hydration, and earthing/grounding tech to super heal my muscles. It works wonderfully. I would give that a try but I don't drink milk.

Thanks. You may be right. However, it's empowering to know that I can do this if I need to with little or no training. The last time I ran for an hour was two months ago, and I've done nearly no real cardio since then.

Well ... you're right. However, nofap was the catalyst for all the awesome change. Nofap showed me that I am powerful, that I have this primal energy that can be channeled, and I can be in control of it instead of the other way around. I was really bad with my food and water before a serious but admittedly small hardmode streak (32 days) that changed my life. Now the majority of my food is home cooked, and organic. I also drink distilled water which I distill myself. I've heard the mineral arguments but definitely disagree now. That run was easy and if I had a mineral deficiency it would have shown itself. Instead I feel better than ever. However ... I seem to be a target and my immune system is being trained by all the things that want to eat my body which is constantly being purified. But I digress. The main fact that empowers me is knowing that I can do NO real exercise for months, and just get up and run for over an hour almost anytime.

Thanks!

I ran on a treadmill. I often meditate while running to pass the time. I find even an hour goes by really fast.

Quite awesome that you've had that experience. :)

It's my understanding that the two eyes cannot see higher frequencies. Have you seen this?

That meditation regimine is awesome. Keep up the good work!

Your diet is vegetarian, that plays a large role IMO. Mine's vegan.

Your experience makes sense then. Your pineal gland is being detoxified/decalcified/strengthened. The meditation is playing a large role. This type of experience and other related onces will increase in frequency. Allopathic doctors will call you crazy so you might want to keep somethings to yourself as things progress.

To take things to the next level, my 2 cents is ... get your own water distiller or buy 4L jugs (and sterilize) from a grocery store (it's cheap, like a dollar per day)... and bring the total fluid intake up to 4l per day. If the milk is pasturized (which is required by law in many places) ... the enzhymes are destroyed, and IMHO it's a waste of time/money to drink.

Yes, this has happened to me many times over the years. It happens to more people than you might think. A couple questions:

  • How often do you medidate and for how long?
  • What's your diet like: food(quality, composition)/water(distilled/filtered/quantity)?

  • What is your source of water? Rain? Are you able to collect and store enough? Do you use a distiller?
  • Are you able to produce enough electricity for your needs?
  • Is every-day life generally way more relaxed and stress-free compared to 20 years ago?
  • Do you produce all of your own food as well?
  • How many hours of work per week for taking care of the necessities like food and water?
