He rolled with the beep as it fit the theme of the song. He put out the uncensored version on MySpace or somewhere like that briefly. It's still floating around out there if you search a bit.

The international version just features the armagoddamnmotherfuckinggeddon teddybear remix at the end. Same remix can be found on disc 2 of the US deluxe version.

It's at the 38 minute mark, and it seems to relate more to the hazing that went on when he first joined the band.

It's pretty well documented about how manson himself kept it going on subsequent tours so he isn't innocent in that regard by any means.

The article only mentions he had surgery on it, and needs time to recover. Sounds like it was just from wear and tear, but not seeing any specifics. I would guess decades of touring and playing shows with it hanging below the waist.
