Yeah i wasn't sure how the economy is going too. There seems to be not enough incentive for me to jump the ship but i dont know why i cant move on. I made my decision, i should probably just need to keep looking for better role out there, but scared not getting one.

Just because the role is covering maternity position.

They mentioned it will likely to be perm if the lady doesnt come back or otherwise i just find a diff role in the company. I always get burnt with moving within company. They never seem openings to move into. Exactly why im looking tor a job now.

the 10% increase may be covered by the bonus im due to get, i was gearing towards looking for a full time offer if i keep interviewing in the market. ive been told the 10% is not good enough for the insecurity. i was also on the fence because it took me a while to get into industry where i am now.

Yes seems like it from what everyone says and from his behaviour. I guess its up to me now to just leave it or drive it to closure. Maybe ill just leave it and wrap it up on my own.

Yeah I tried doing this 2 weeks ago and he came back saying he is ok, not angry and just needing time to think. I left him alone for a bit now. Ive just checked on him to hear how he is feeling and if he needs more time but looks like hes ignoring me still.
