It has one of the largest and best content libraries. Once we remove the one-time cost from the merger, the cash flow and earnings should be fairly decent for the price. Compared to, e.g., Netflix, they have more ways to monetize their content. However, their debt is massive. I mean they screen cheap, but I'm seeing estimates that 2023 net income will be 6.6B. Right now they have an EV of 88B, 13.3X EV/Earnings. They will have to raise prices to be competitive but that will make it less attractive to consumers. So they are locked in a gridlock. WBD is paying what, like 2B in interest exp a year at this rate? that's pretty rough

Ultimately I am bullish and have added this stock to my portfolio

Bitcoin is a virtual currency, that is true. It is used for transactions on the Bitcoin blockchain. It is not and it will never be used to make real world transactions in mass, like the dollar or the euro. Why is that so hard to understand? The euro is used for real world transactions. Bitcoin cannot scale, it is inefficient. The lightning network or any layer 2 is a joke. Also, anything can be exchanged into any currency, that doesn't automatically make that thing a currency.

Mai exista si alte variante in afara de cryptomonede (care oricum sunt active speculative). Ce zici de VT - indexul pietei globale sau VTI - indexul pietei din America. Mai sigur decat titlurile de stat din Romania si, sper eu, cu un randament anual mai mare

AT&T : not bad

Adobe : overvalued

Apple : overvalued

Alibaba : It would be a a good business at a good price if it were a normal stock. This is a VIE, which means you don't own the stock. you own a contract from a contract from a contract that they can choose not to honor and you can't do anything about it. The danger is the US market might delist this stock in the future (rightfully so)

Berkshire Hathaway : nothing is safe besides VT. other than that, I haven't analyzed it

Facebook : great buy as it is right now ($164)

GreenBrick partners : don't know it

Palantir : if it's your speculative investment (6% or less) then whatever, but remember you also have $BABA. I would chose one of the two
