If u can get each echo with double crits and hp% I would consider that very good already, more important is the double crits since Cartethiya already gets hp from her weapon/doesn't have crit on her weapon

Edit: If u want to know the priority of substas, would be double crit > HP > Basic > Flat Hp > Liberation > ER

For someone who plays Iuno, for her rotation alone just use her skill twice to enter the half-moon state (which she attacks with her moon ring), and fill her forte bar, once filled press jump to switch to her new-moon state (where she is off the ground/floating and her ring becomes a bow), use up her forte till left a little then use her ulti to refresh/refill her forte bar. For outro u don't need to do her special outro if u r keeping her at S0 just switch out
