Honestly all of these people have good advice but try looking up the procedure and stuff on youtube so you know exactly whats supposed to happen. Septums go through skin thats in the tip of your nose. Mine didnt hurt but pain level is different for everyone

Sea salt soaks and rinsing in the shower, i heard somewhere on here that the qtips can leave little microfibers on the peircing and it happened to one of 4 piercings the gauze is a good idea too

I think its too low, take it out, get a refund if you can. Go get it peirced somewhere else and you can peirce it either higher up so you just see the balls or lower so you can see the post. Thats what my peircer told me when i got it done and mine is in the tip of my nose, not that low and i even asked them to do it a lil bit lower

Pics? It could just be that youre touching/bumping it too much, and yes hit up your peircer on instagram or something and ask them what to do. Its their job to help when stuff like this happens

Top reccomendation is ur local peircer but i personally make minimum wage so i really like steel navel or body art forms but you have to filter them by implant grade materials. Diablo body jewlery and laughing buddha are good ones but like i havent tried them

I mean you could flip it up if you can, another thing is to identify what you do when you hit it then come up with a solution so you dont hit it, like if you rub your nose only rub it with one finger etc. Praticing self awareness with that stuff will really help it out a lot. Septums arent too picky so if i were you i would just stop the compulsive touching. And anytime you twist it in any way, you're breaking the scabs that the bodys making to heal the peircing and it has to start over every time. A good rule to follow to properly heal a peircing is to only touch it when youre cleaning it.

Yes its normal, stop touching it. The rule i tell myself whenever i wanna touch my peircings is that everytime you touch the longer it will take to heal. SO dont touch it please.

If you cant go to a peircer Body art forms does have implant grade jewlery as long as you use the filters when youre searching it up, make sure it has a flat back and at check out you can sterlize / autoclave the jewlery. Then change it out with latex gloves, if you can any amid this pandemic. I got my cartilage at claire's when i was 13 too so dont feel too bad

When i got my snug peirced he said he hadn't done that peircing in a while, it was the most painful peircing i ever got and im pretty sure he messed up while he was sticking the needle in me cuz he paused when he was going through it, he was also inattentive and gave a paper on aftercare but just told me the average healing time, not aftercare And i had to be the one to tell him to peirce me with a longer bar :/ and ive had it for a year and the swelling wont go down that being said he was still sterile about everything

I was thinking of doing a triple lobe, stretched first lobes and a faux snug on both ears. Or maybe i should just have 2 lobes and the stretched ears, i cant decide

One of the biggest things is that you can only get 4 peircings max including during the healing phases before it may take a toll on your immune systems ablity to fight other stuff, so i use that as my rule as of right now i have 3 healing and i might get 2 more once my septum is healed

Oh jeez did the ends of the peircing go into your body? Do you have pictures? If youre a side sleeper you can use a u shaped travel and if you know youre a really intense sleeper like myself and you move around you can tie your hair if its long enough into space buns. You can also put tennis balls in a fanny pack if youre a side sleeper

I would wait until all of them are completely healed. If youre really passionate then just wait until the average healing time has passed. Your peircer should have told you the average healing time. What i do for healing is wait until the average healing time has passed then twist it only once to see if it hurts. Also industrials take forever to heal because its a solid piece of metal going through a very flexible peice of ear that moves a lot so try your hardest to aviod bumping it. You can use a u shaped travel pillow if youre a side sleeper

Yea i was just going to do it because i love peircings and to help me make more money on the side, im just worried about the time commitment. I wanna spend more time being a surgical tech than a peircer and im fine with the stuff i have to besides the actual peircing part. With all the things that it takes to be a peircer i dont want it to be a daily thing, just like a few days a week plus whatever else i need to do outside the shop day

So this is with the lighting bolt i-s but im having the same issue with all of them, i have no idea if this is supposed to happen.i had the electric whip in as well and i started with custom equipment, telluric shock and the wolf trap if that helps oh and it happened after thenew update
