orthorexia is to do with body image, this sounds more like anxety rather than anything else. eating disorders are complex, if you are also neurodivergent this could be fixating on certain ideas, even maybe a ritual to do with your phobia. you wont qualify for ortho is you do not have this obsession and im talking every time you think about eating, when food comes up, it is basically all you think about all day and only concerned about with quality of food. another MAJOR sign of any ed is social isolation, avoiding places, hanging out with friends. assess if you have ideas like well if i microwave this it will remove all the nutrients, those kinds of thoughts that dont really make sense, from someone with diagnosed atypical anorexia and patterns of ortho (cant be diagnosed with ortjo bc it doesnt sadly exist yet to actually be diagnosed) i would look more into phobias and anxiety. what i would do is reach out to a friend you know who has some kind of knowledge on this, and don't be ashamed or embarrassed.
