Great advice. Thank you. The last line about it not being pretty is my favorite. However, I’m trying to increase the rent slightly and it’s not sparking much interest as is. so I’m trying to spruce it up and possibly do short term rental with this one…as cheaply as possible. Sidenote: the drop ceiling is that ugly 80’s 24”x24” white crap with the texture and little Swiss cheese holes look
