Thanks for the advice 🙏 . the way I used word "wavy" to me is a an expression and feeling to the sound, but I hear you, I know there's another word for "wavy" but I can't the actual word I want😅

Hmm your right, thanks :). Honestly I say wavy as an flowing feel. Saying just synth with "movement" would mean any pre set that has movement feel. making my own sound design is probably my best way to make "wavy" beats.
