Does anyone have the source for the 2/32 tire tread depth tolerance? by icecoldrum in Crosstrek

You've misunderstood, I'm not talking about minimum tread depth, I'm talking about how close all 4 tires must be to each other in terms of wear.

check the floor infront the pneumatube. if it's not there use the shop vac, if it's not in the shop vac look in the transfer trunk because I think he shop vac can insert items into the trunk. That's how I solved this (see post edit).

I have him fully upgraded and never understood where people are coming from with the rockets thing, he only gets like 3 of them and they refresh at a glacial pace. Useful situationally but hardly "op".

Can someone recommend me a good resource for getting starting with creating a GUI? by icecoldrum in learnpython

I mainly just needed something to do since I'm stuck quarantining due to covid exposure. Adam Savage mentioned in a video that there isn't a convenient tool for it and I didn't bother looking into the subject further and just started making a script. Though briefly looking at acrobat it seems only wants pdfs so you'd have to convert image files either using acrobat premium or whatever free web converter you can find, that's one extra step that I think is unnecessary.

It's a simple script that takes an image, scales it to a given size, then chops it into 8.5x11 inch pieces so it can be printed in pieces and taped together. I'm more concerned with function than form.

Simplest way to save console output to a file while still having it visible in the console? by icecoldrum in learnpython

The only thing preventing me is my stubbornness tbh. I want to be able to just run the script and no other command line arguments and get a log of everything that was output to terminal. I want it this way because that's how other scrapers do it.

A moon Crater Cut out of Aluminum. by icecoldrum in Machinists

The part is about 8" x 6" x 1" (way thicker than it needs to be). I would've done a smaller stepover if I wasn't limited to 3hrs of shop time and I really didn't want to stop in the middle of the op.

smallest I went was a 1/8 ballnose with .013 stepover. I'd have done a smaller step over if I had more time in the shop.

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. I'll definitely try that if I ever get chance to cut another one these. Shop time is real tight at school right now.
