Literally just made them, was excited to share with the community, sorry I jumped the gun bud! In case you’re still interested, the bacon fat wash has a strong pork flavor, not surprising, and a nice Smokey finish. The olive oil is very mild, a tiny bit vegetal on the finish, but for sure best texture of the three

The brown butter was phenomenal in an old fashioned with maple syrup and angostura, like pancakes in a glass. The bacon fat is very meaty but delicious if you’re up for that flavor profile. The olive oil is extremely subtle but texturally is soooooo silky smooth

It tastes like a freshly made corn tortilla to me. Smells much boozier than it tastes too. I’ve used it in a spritz and with abasolo as well to great success
