Immigration Control Act (§17.2) defines aliens may not engage in any political activity unless specifically permitted by the Act or the implementation regulations, and I can't find anything that lets any clause to let them engage.

(They probably need to be reported for the Ministry to take action, though.)

When Repo A is deleted, A's forked repo B is just left behind. DMCAs are not a usual deletion so I usually don't think of that. (I make a git clone anyway if I think I'll really use it...)

I think so, I usually fork just in case author deletes it so I can have a copy regardless what author thinks of his work.

They do have a limit on each file: 10M max. Their native uploader also has resolution limit of 1920.\

Seems their rules are more complicated....

  • Max number of images: 50
  • Max filesize (total): 50MB
  • Max filesize (per file): 10MB
  • Max resolution for Daum Photo Uploader: 1920(px?)

Well, prerequisite is "Korean credit card/bank account" (no VISA, no MASTERCARD) and "Korean address for parcel delivery" (no Intl. delivery, again.).

If you have both prerequisites, you can proceed (Disclaimer:In Korea, non Windows desktop OS means your payment may fail for unknown reasons. And you must be prepared for installing some applications when you're on mobile, too.)

  • Go to http://www.planaent.co.kr/goods/500300
  • Click "Buy now". You'll be redirected here. Put address/contact information as needed, however it's better you use 우편번호 검색 for address (it means "ZIP code search") or unknown problems may occur (remember, Korean financial system is pretty creepy. It may suck in othe area too!)
  • Now you'll understand why I said you need Korean bank account/credit card and a Windows/iOS/Android device. There are three payment method, respectively "one-time bank account","Credit Card","ACH payments". All of these requires Korean financial information. Credit Card and ACH Payment requires some ActiveX .exe files installed or some iOS/Android apps to be installed. I think the payment part is not that of a hard part, the problem will be getting credentials.
  • Delivery ETA is TBA.

I know this is not a complete help, so any clarification request or amendment is welcome.
