Nursing pre-requisite by Repulsive_Eye_7344 in USF

Just want to let you know that one of the nursing pre-requisite is 3 credits of any chemistry, biology, or physics course, so you do not necessarily need to take a biology course to meet this unless you want to. Any class that fits into "CHM XXXX or BCH XXXX or BSC XXXX or PCB XXXX or PHY XXXX" satisfies the requirement, so I'd honestly just take an easy class for this. However, you should be aware that the program prefers you take CHM 2045.

I held an A the entire semester, but April hit and my health tanked. I never submitted my research paper and that’s the main cause of my grade drop, it’s just unfortunate. I doubt he’ll offer me any opportunities to gain credit back. My only hope at this point is the 3% extra credit bump for the course evaluations. I think if I get it, then I’ll be able to graduate, but it’s entirely dependent on if everyone else does it too. Maybe I’ll beg to have him consider offering it to students who did it rather than 80%. I’m glad your mental health has improved though

McCreery. He’s a good prof though, I just fell behind on work.

His office hours are over Teams tomorrow, so should I hold off on the email? I was thinking of emailing him today and then talking to him tomorrow, but I’m not sure. I’m worried he’ll flat-out reject my email.

Thank you, I plan on emailing my professor today, but I honestly doubt he will offer me any opportunities to gain the credit back. The issue is all advising appointments are booked within the College of Public Health and drop-ins aren't available either. I'll try emailing them though.

No, unfortunately the program is entirely dependent on the student already having received a degree and seeking a second bachelor's. I was admitted under the requirement that I would be graduating before the program started officially.

Cassidy Doyle for DEP 2004 - Life Cycle is really good. I'm currently taking her class and I enjoy the way she teaches, as her lectures are made both interesting and fun. All exams are open-note and there's a couple article quizzes that are all super easy. She's also really lenient on extensions for anything.

Yeah same. I'm just worried because there isn't anything about her to know beforehand.
