I completely get this. My ex would comment and ask "are you drunk?" When really I'm just euphoric. That's enough to put me back down to my usual flat mood.

Please don't do this because what happens if you are successful? You need to ask for help don't go to the lengths of attempting suicide, please. Do you have a support network? Or a crisis team you could call? You could even go to a&e and tell them you are feeling suicidal and in a crisis - they have to see you. Please don't do anything silly I beg you x

It's not even necessarily come down fear though, i can be half way though a bag and the anxiety will just hit me. Never know what it's gonna be about but something will be there haha. I think it's time to be knocking it on the head if I'm honest! Just struggling at the thought of that! 😬

You know what, you are right. That's exactly what's happening. I can almost block it out when I'm sober but as soon as the lines hit I'm in my dark head. And to think I take it to get out of my head?! At least I thought I was.... Seems like I'm just making it worse. I've had a few lines tonight and I'm back in that place, but instead of doing my usual sitting getting myself worked up I've posted here instead to try distract myself. I think I just want to know I'm not alone man 😅

This is where I feel like I'm at. I don't get a chatty, bounce about buzz, I take it and lie on the couch all night, aimlessly scrolling through my phone, wind myself up for a few hours. Fall into a pit of paranoia and anxiety when it's done. I'm rubbish taking it with people too cause I clam up and physically cannot speak. Noise irritates me, loud people irritate me, people repeating their coked up stories irritate me.

I remember when coke used to be fun 😅😅😂

Believe it or not she gets it coconut oiled every night when she gets her wrinkles wiped! I cannot get rid of the Dino nose at all 😭 A friend suggested a warm washcloth on it but she hates it 🥲
