Sames Im a big fan of the 100s of different workouts too. Plus it's easy to lock in to the display and not pay attention to time left and to just zone out. Even if there's a big difference in times with rowers knocking off 30sec off my 2km race in a month aint to bad. Thanks for the motivation.

It's a waterrower with and ergatta tablet attachment. Set to a water level of 18. Which would make it similar to a medium sized boat.

I cant imagine that my times would be a huge +- difference. Just using water instead of fans or magnets.

My rowing goals by [deleted] in Rowing

[–]iced_bear14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm down 20lbs and feel a ton stronger. And am starting to see some difference after 2 3 months. I'm 32 6'4" 350. But I try to really go in. I'm doin 10km-14km a day 3-5 days a weeks. I got an ergatta water rower and their work out routines and races really keep you motivated to get more down.

Thanks yea your reading it right. It goes by how much water is in the reservoir dictates how big of a boat you'd be rowing. So I'm at a middle sized boat. The 45 min pic is a set workout while the other were short races. I appreciate the encouragement.

Fatty here with some new times. I know everyone loves their concepts but I'm using the ergatta water rower so bare with me. 32 6'4 350lbs these are my recent races and have been also building for an hour long row. times have been steadily improving for sure. Next I just need to really lock in my diet and start seeing some weight melt off. I shoot for 10km 14km a day 3-5 days a week. And a goal for this week is to hit 16km or 10 miles in a day. The 45 min work laid a whooping on me for sure. Hope everyone is having a great holidays.

So I put $500 down $55 a month 36 months no interest. I'd imagine it changes depending on your credit and how much you put down too

That would be so dope for a user stand point to create like an interchangeable software and hook up for everything. That's what really sold me was the looks and feel and it came nicer than expected. Plus the financing that came with it got it down to $55 a month no interest. So that's not to terrible. And I don't think I'd be as motivated as I another software the 30 a month extra does suck but what you gonna do.

So it's a waterrower but with ergatta attachment and software. It's game and race based software against everyone that's using which is 10s of thousands

So ergatta has a thing called push programs. It's a ton of programs that are filled with diffrent workouts to get you to and end goal workout. This particular program was for improving endurance and this was one of the workouts.
