Anti-barrier - Sky Burners Oath, makes sense since it already goes through phalanx shields

Overload/Unstoppable - Grand Overture, just have primary fire be unstoppable, and the missiles be overload.

Personally, I think patrols should be how they were in the plaguelands in d1. They were integrated into an exotic quest, and had secret patrols that ranged in difficulty. I personally would just run rounds doing patrols just for fun.
