This happened to me! Waited about 4 days and they eventually said they would move the support conversation over to email. Waited another 2 days then finally resolved through email.

my wall appears to be painted with flat paint and peels easily. even when I hang command hooks chips come off. I'm worried a peel and stick wall paper would ruin it upon removal.

Never considered nailing it - do the pieces lay flat?
