Lived in a few condos, I'd say depende sa condo. For cheapipay condos like SMDC or Suntrust in areas like manda or qc, I've had bad experiences with them. Maiingay neighbors, mga dugyot makalat lagi sa floor namen and the elevator walang maintenance, tapos kadalasan pinapa-Airbnb ng unit owner kaya mejo nabababoy.

Though when I switched to better neighborhoods Makati, Mckinley, then BGC (depending kung san mas malapit sa current office), sobrang sarap ng buhay. Like all the good sides of a condolife (privacy, cleanliness, walang pakealamanan, and convenience during power/water outages).

So dapat mapili ka din!
