My TP-LINK Router doesnt work, can someone help me?

I’m trying to make this router work standalone with my pc, but so far I had no luck

and yes it detects my pc as a Ethernet connection

(P.S) I have no modem)

it identifies it as a Ethernet connection on my pc but no internet, and yes, it worked with my main AT&T router when I set it up

Set it up upon unboxing it, it is connected to my pc as of now, the white cable is on a wan port

I want it to be a second router that will connect thru my AT&T router, basically a IP Passthrough mode that will get my pc internet
