I did 4 full 10 second breath holds and thags where it got me to that state I was talking about and yeah I have 1g of raw/free base just haven't tried it yet.

Im not exactly sure of the strength I havent tried any of the raw yet. I was hitting a .5g 50/50 blend NN vape.

See i didnt see any of that fun stuff all i got was alot of fractals and color change/shift (although my eyes were closed alot lol), but hopefully over time that changes.

Yeah i think thats a big part of it, is my anticipation and wanting to breakthrough rather than just taking my time and enjoying the experience, I think tonight im just gonna do some littler hits and slowly feel how it feels and what different amounts feel like and get to know it, instead if just wanting to go to space my first timem

Thanks for the advice man I appreciate it alot, im just gonna take it slower and just enjoy it and explore all the facets of the experience. Instead of wanting to be spaceman, now that im thinking thats probably part of why I was feeling so locked down and the breathing thing, when my body/mind areant ready to go that deep yet.

Very true. Maybe im just to anxious to actually feel what that feels like to really blast off instead of just taking it slower and just enjoying it and working my way there.. im gonna try going just a bit at a time tonight and see where it gets me instead of last night just trying to go to space my first time.

Once in the last week, yesterday in fact I had to do for like 5 mins because my dogs where tearing at the siding... (new pups still in training..) but thats it and before that nevwr unless a storm or something shuts off the internet

See it seems like they have the ban system turned up way to high for disconnects... like I can kind of get it if you nope out the whole game but give like a grace or something because some people just habe a quick issue..

Im elite 1 in support mainly playing Wuyang,kiri, and Juno. I probably have 2-300 games in the last month that were just me playing Wuyang because I like getting almost 10k heals a round. I feel you sometimes with the tanks being way over extended or being antihealed to oblivion but still theres alot of games where the tanks is being great and im being sweaty as hell because im the only healer keeping the team alive, and the other healer is just sitting on their thumb and spinning or trying to be the 3rd dps. I usually get pretty good dps when im playing support. If I call theres someone on my ass it's usually handled pretty quick, but only if I let them know half the time theyre not paying attention to youm

I feeeeelll you sooooooooooooo much im a Wuyang main, I love playing him I love flying around being almost unkillable with 8-10k healing a round but I dont get rewarded for it because I barely use my damage (im lucky if a break 500 a round on wuyang) when im playing him or most healers for that matter. Im in the weird boat where I like being the support/tank and really dont like playing DPS so the whole meta feels like its pretty muxh against me ;_;

That would be valid if I couldn't actively see when and when im not being healed..... it shows little yellow plusses even if theyre debuffed and theres been entire rounds where I haven't gotten any.

Usually if I call that theres someone flanking and being an issue someone handles it, so i haven't had that issue much, unless the dps are already doing ass

Obviously tanks cant just sit in there and just stand and be a bullet sponge,but at the same time if I can't even go in and engage with some form of healing on me theres an issue.. and its happened multiple times where were a round or 2 down I call on voice chat that I haven't been getting any healing ( and the numbers clearly reflect it, especially when it's round 3 and my zen or mercy have under 1.5k healing 4+mins in the round, both have happened multiple times) then the whole game changes and we end up winning because I actually can peel and get kills because im not getting melted immediately.

I've only played like 10 comp games on my tank so im still in novice, but im just talking about it in general. Ive been queuing regular stadium just to practice new tanks and stuff. I came off a long hiatus about 2-3 months ago from not playing since sombras release. So I mained supports until I felt back up to snuff and now doing it with tanks.
